We are now using the Standards module which helps us with controlled documentation and subsequent distribution of information to employees, which is one of the great strengths of this software overall, the speed of distribution and data collection.

Pinya HR saved us from drowning in Excel spreadsheets and helped us to significantly streamline the entire HR agenda. Being absolutely user friendly made the whole implementation (and the actual adoption by employees) a joy. We greatly appreciate the support not only during the actual implementation but also during the day-to-day operations. We originally wanted to use Pinya HR only for systemic employee records and leave approvals, but now we are trying out the other features it offers and there are not a few. The crucial factor for purchasing the software was the availability of all the required system features in the basic package - without having to purchase the most important software functions as additional modules. Since then, the system has helped our organisation to streamline and make most HR processes more transparent and efficient. Most of the previous record keeping in excel spreadsheets has been eliminated. What I appreciate most about the system is the vacation records, the absence overview, the possibility of shared calendars or e-learning courses.

We have been using PINYA HR for half a year. What my colleagues appreciate the most is that they have control over their holidays, they can clearly see how many hours/days they have left and at the same time they can see what others in different teams are planning. Newcomers are interested in exploring the organizational structure. Everyone is then happy for the updates, which are nicely put together in one place. There is no more searching through archived emails. I enjoy the applicant and selection modules. And the price/performance ratio? Unbeatable for a CFO!

While we lack the ability to create an organizational structure across different companies, they are always working to accommodate our requests and are working on developing new features. The system is simple, intuitive, and always improving.
