The application focuses mainly on HR processes and activities. It does not focus on payroll and related agendas, but we can connect it to the most commonly used payroll systems. Thanks to this, we can merge data with your payroll system and simplify your HR and payroll agenda.

Internal information system

Pinya HR is a software designed primarily for HR professionals. It cannot fully replace internal information systems. But we can definitely connect it to your internal system. And if you don't have an intranet yet, we will be happy to create one for you with the help of our other product - Pinya SharePoint.

At JABLOTRON, we most appreciate the Onboarding module in PINYI, which helped us to digitize the whole process - we got rid of emailing questionnaires and forms, we tuned up our onboarding page and our new colleagues will get comprehensive information about their first days in one place. The E-Learning module is also beneficial, thanks to which we have managed to digitize some trainings for THP employees and their completion is recorded directly in the Training module. The Questionnaires module, in turn, gives us the ability to collect valuable feedback in an automated way, which is the basis for further face-to-face meetings with employees. The ability to request absences not only on the computer, but also in the mobile application allows us to operatively address various life situations and have the absence approved by the supervisor. The data for documents is generated directly using tokens, thus speeding up the issuance of labour-law documentation and eliminating the possibility of errors when manually entering data. PINYA is a management software that offers many conveniences for HR managers, employees and their supervisors, but it does not capture the interconnectedness of payroll and HR processing and all the complexities of attendance, e.g. in shift work. We are looking forward to introducing electronic signing and gradually discovering modules that we are not yet using.
