I have worked with a lot of HR or payroll systems during my career and from my perspective Pinya HR combines the best of both. Thanks to Pinya HR we have almost completely digitized our HR agenda. We have everything in one place - from people's information, to all their documents, medical exams, training records, checklists, reports and from the new year, attendance. What has made our lives the easiest is the creation of our own document templates and the possibility of electronic signing, so we are saving paper and our forests. :) The paperwork, waiting for the signed documents to come back and then scanning them no longer takes my energy and I can focus on more meaningful work - taking care of the people at FAVI. Everything is intuitive, clear, accessible in a few clicks, and really from anywhere - thanks to the mobile app. I appreciate the fact that Pinya HR is constantly being developed product-wise, so we keep adding features that make our lives easier and help us streamline our work. For myself, I can definitely recommend the Pinya HR system with a clear conscience.
We originally implemented the Pinya system primarily as an HR system for recording attendance and employee information in one place. However, it also offered us many other features that I, as HR, love to use. It has freed me from many more spreadsheets and given me the ability to share information with employees. It has also replaced our IT communication and record keeping well. It has made it very easy for me to work with and create documents, record and share information with managers and payroll accountants for example.
I also really appreciate the great support during the implementation, and also solving any problem or question I needed to solve. Dita is always very helpful and quick to help, and I appreciate that very much. It is also clear that the company is constantly working on the system, improving it and reflecting the needs of customers.
I consider the Pinya HR software to be one of the best decisions I have made in terms of implementing an HRIS system. Thanks to this software, we have the possibility to record all employee data in one place, clearly, intuitively and without the need for additional excel. I can generate every report I need in three clicks and customize it to automatically and continuously come directly to my email. This saves time not only for me, but also for my colleagues, because we can link everything we need within one tool: onboarding, employee records, performance, and reporting. I appreciate the very friendly and fast approach of my consultant Dita, who is always willing to help me with everything. We have currently started using the News module, which serves as a quick fresh news in our communication to the company, and the Checklists module, which ensures that nothing is forgotten when onboarding an employee.
