Are you hesitating whether Pinya HR is the right HRIS for your company?
Is there an activation fee?
There is no activation fee. You can start using the software immediately after activation. No additional fees.
Do I also pay for inactive employees?
You do not pay for inactive (no longer working for the company) employees, even though you still have their data in archived form. You pay for employees on parental leave or long-term sick leave if they are listed as active.
How about a software update? Do I pay for it?
There is no charge for software updates. All updates are automatic and their cost is already reflected in the price of the monthly licenses. We inform our customers about all updates on a regular and timely basis - either via the customer admin panel or via newsletter.
How long does it take to start the system and the subsequent training?
It takes only a few minutes to start the software. Once activated, the system is immediately available. Training usually takes 4 to 6 hours. To make the training effective for the company and not overwhelm the customer with a lot of information at once, we divide it into two to three days. In this mode, each part of the training takes approximately 2 hours.
How is the training conducted?
First, we will arrange a training schedule with the customer. This means that we discuss whether we will split the training into multiple days of smaller time slots or whether we will do it in one working day. The training can be conducted either online or in person. Again, it depends on the customer's preference and time availability. If the training is conducted online, we normally record it (with the consent of all participants) so that the customer can return to it later if necessary. During the training, we then go through the most important modules and features of Pinya HR to demonstrate their use in practice. Of course, we also answer customer questions throughout the training.
Are you doing payroll and attendance?
Pinya HR is not a payroll or attendance system. However, it can automatically prepare the payroll documents. It also has a module for recording employee attendance and absence, so it can help you keep track of who is actually working and who is on vacation.
Is it possible to connect the software with other systems?
Yes, it is possible to connect to other systems via an additional API module, which is available at an additional cost. We can connect to payroll, time and attendance or other software.
What about software security?
At Pinya HR, we use the latest standards and protocols for secure data handling. Accesses and communications within the application are secured against eavesdropping using https and a valid encryption certificate. Logs are stored in the system about users' activities, including their logins, so that as an administrator you can keep track of every change made. The application and user data are hosted on the AZURE server, the application runtime environment is provided by IIS. Access to the system is secured by identification and authorization using a user ID and password. The account level and user permissions are defined in the application in accordance with the employee's job position. A new password is issued only after the user's identity has been verified through access to the work e-mail account. Within the SSO module, the system works with the Microsoft identity of the user.
