Digitalization of HR as a common denominator of Technology Fast 50 winners

Last year, Deloitte also compiled a list of technology companies that rank among the fastest growing in the Czech Republic. And while each of the companies that made the podium in one of the four categories is different in some way, many of them have one thing in common - they are dedicated to digitizing HR. And we can be proud that these companies have chosen our Pinya HR software as their partner to digitise their HR agenda.

IP Fabric, DoDo Czech, snuggs, IDEA StatiCa, FAVI. These companies - and winners of the Technology Fast 50 competition - have decided to entrust the digitization of their HR agenda to us during 2022. Or rather, into the hands of our Pinya HR software.

IP Fabric

Since 2015, IP Fabric has grown to a diverse group of more than 50 international industry professionals dedicated to bringing Network Assurance solutions to enterprise customers. Today, they boast offices in Prague and New York.

In 2022, IP Fabric became our customer. It's no mean feat to manage HR in two countries, each on a different continent. But for our Pinya HR software, the distance between Prague and New York is no barrier either. DoDo Czech

DODO was founded in 2015 as a startup with personal assistant services. However, they quickly expanded their logistics services and started deliveries in the largest Czech cities. They are now a leading logistics service for e-commerce, retail, restaurants and fast food.

This company has also expanded the ranks of our customers in 2022. DODO prides itself on fast delivery. At Pinya HR, we pride ourselves on making it quick and easy for HR professionals to complete any HR administrative task they perform in the system. That's why we create reports that are ready in a few clicks, we enable token insertion for quick and easy documentation generation, and we've made the leave request process fast. And so much more.

snuggs

Another of the winners of the Technology Fast 50 competition is the Czech startup snuggs, which has been producing menstrual panties for several years, bringing an ecological solution to the female intimate world.

And because ecology is important to the employees of snuggs, they are no strangers to digitalisation. While they already had a digitized HR agenda by the time they were referred to Pinya HR, they needed to automate it more and keep their individual HR activities under one roof. Pinya HR definitely makes that possible. It makes HR's job easier at every stage of the employee lifecycle- from onboarding, to onboarding, to offboarding an employee.

And speaking of going green, Pinya HR saves you countless paperwork each year that you would otherwise have to file on paper. It saves the environment in other areas too, because what an HR professional would otherwise have to travel halfway across the country to another office for, they can now easily handle with their colleagues remotely using the software.

IDEA StatiCa

IDEA StatiCa develops software for structural engineers, structural fabricators, consultants and other professionals who design and assess steel and concrete building structures. In their own words, creating cutting-edge software is a way for them to help make building structures around the world safer and cheaper.

And that is partly our motto. We are creating sophisticated HR software that aims to make the often boring HR administration as efficient as possible, thus saving time for HR managers who can focus on more creative HR activities instead of transcribing data and other monotonous agendas.

And because IDEA StatiCa knows from their own experience how helpful software can be for employees, they did not hesitate and started using HR software as well. And we are glad that ours is the one.

FAVI

Not only another winner from the Technology Fast 50 list, but another of our Pinya HR customers is FAVI. In other words, the leader in the furniture and decoration segment on the European Internet, currently operating in 9 countries. And because not only the FAVI website, but also the Pinya HR software is multilingual, the company's employees can browse their HR data in several world languages, which are continuously added to the software.

FAVI, as well as other companies that decide to use the Pinya HR software, currently have the option to translate the system into Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish, Spanish, Hungarian or Romanian.

The HR sector is still evolving. And, since the days of covid, at an almost unstoppable speed that also needs to be responded to quickly. Topics such as home office, remote working, electronic document signing, online employee training, retraining or emerging benefits are coming more and more onto the scene. The topics that the HR sector will have to face this year 2023 are increasing. And Excel spreadsheets are often no longer enough to keep track of all the things related to these agendas. As the needs of HR professionals grow, so does the hunger for HR software. But we are ready to respond to all HR trends. We are constantly updating Pinya HR software primarily based on feedback from our customers who use the software on a daily basis.

We will see where the digitisation of HR will develop in the rest of this year and perhaps in the years to come. However, we believe that by next year and beyond, most companies will have digitized their HR. And prehaps it is thanks to the Pinya HR software.
